All orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Standard Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Made-to-order items: 3–5 business days (some apparel is produced on demand)
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We tailor our shipping times based on product type to ensure accuracy and transparency:
T-Shirts
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Standard Shipping (International): 8–20 business days
T-shirts are typically produced and fulfilled faster than other items.
3D Hoodies, Hawaiian Shirts, Ugly Sweaters
- Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3–9 business days
These products involve more detailed production, and shipping times remain consistent regardless of your location (U.S. or international).
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to production factors.
3. Shipping Costs
We provide clear, fixed shipping rates for simplicity and transparency:
- United States: Flat rate $6.20
- Europe and all other countries: Flat rate $12.00
- Free Shipping: Orders over $130 (applies automatically at checkout)
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.
Customs & Duties (for international orders): Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country’s regulations.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the provided link or directly on the carrier’s website.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but delays can occasionally occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Teefeny is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
If you need to update your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
7. Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability or production timelines. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
