At Teefeny, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.
As an independent design studio producing print-on-demand lifestyle goods, each product is created after your order is placed.
Our goal is to provide clear processing timelines, transparent shipping costs, and reliable tracking from production to delivery.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Standard Processing Time:
1 to 3 business days
Made-to-Order and Print-on-Demand Items:
3 to 5 business days
Some apparel and lifestyle goods are produced on demand.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on product type and production requirements.
Apparel and Graphic T-Shirts
Standard Shipping (United States):
3 to 7 business days
Standard Shipping (International):
8 to 20 business days
These items are typically produced and fulfilled faster than more complex products.
Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Hawaiian Shirts, and Seasonal Items
Standard Shipping:
7 to 20 business days
Expedited Shipping:
3 to 9 business days
These products involve more detailed production and printing.
Shipping times remain generally consistent for both United States and international destinations.
Note:
All delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to production and carrier conditions.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer clear and fixed shipping rates for simplicity and transparency.
United States:
Flat rate $6.20
Europe and All Other Countries:
Flat rate $12.00
Free Shipping:
Orders over $130
This is applied automatically at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.
Customs and Duties for International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their local regulations.
Teefeny is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
You can track your shipment using the provided link in the email or directly on the carrier’s website.
In addition, you can also check the status of your order at any time through our Track Order page on the Teefeny website by entering your order number and email address.
If you did not receive your tracking information, please check your spam or promotions folder.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages
We work closely with our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery.
However, delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier disruptions.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Teefeny is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfillment has begun.
7. Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability or production timelines.
If your order is split into separate shipments, you will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.
