1. Processing Time

All orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Standard Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Made-to-order items: 3–5 business days (some apparel is produced on demand)

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We tailor our shipping times based on the product type to ensure better accuracy and transparency:

T-Shirts

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Standard Shipping (International): 8–20 business days

T-Shirts are typically produced and fulfilled more quickly than other items.

3D Hoodies, Hawaiian Shirts, Ugly Sweaters

  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–9 business days

These items are made with more detailed production processes, and shipping times remain consistent regardless of your location (U.S. or international).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during high-volume seasons or due to production factors.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—keep an eye on our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter!
  • Customs & Duties (for international orders): Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country’s regulations.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided or directly on the carrier’s website.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.

If your package is:

  • Delayed: Please wait a few extra days and track the status regularly.
  • Lost or not delivered: Contact us at [email protected] and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Teefeny is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

7. Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be split into multiple shipments depending on product availability or production timelines. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
