Please review the following guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Tags (if any) are still attached
  • The return is requested within the timeframe stated

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards or digital items
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return (optional but helpful)

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Please note: We do not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence attached. We will prioritize your case and offer either:

  • A replacement at no extra cost
  • A full refund
  • Or store credit, depending on your preference

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. You will receive the credit back to your original method of payment.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or item, please return your original item and place a new order separately.

6. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it. After that window, your order may already be in production or transit and cannot be canceled.

If the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again
  • Then contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted
  • Contact your bank—there is often some processing time before a refund is visible
