Teefeny is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.
As an independent design studio producing print-on-demand lifestyle goods, we aim to make the return and refund process simple, transparent, and fair for all customers.

Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.


Eligibility Period

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The eligibility period begins on the delivery date, not the purchase date.


Return Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and labels must remain intact
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards or digital downloads
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use

What We Accept

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

You may return items due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or other reasons within the 30-day window, provided all condition requirements are met.


Refund Process

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

You will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

No restocking fees apply.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

  • Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary
  • Contact your bank for further clarification

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days for any reason, including size or color issues.

Exchanges are also available for defective or damaged items.

Return Shipping

If your return or exchange is due to our error, such as receiving a wrong or defective item, Teefeny will cover all shipping costs, including return shipping and the shipment of the replacement item.

A free return label will be provided upon request.

For returns or exchanges due to customer error, such as ordering the wrong size or color, customers are responsible for a fixed reshipping fee for sending the replacement item:

  • $9 USD for orders under $40
  • $12 USD for orders between $40 and $60
  • $18 USD for orders over $100

Shipping Time for Exchanged Products

Delivery times vary depending on your location within the United States.

Domestic exchanges typically arrive within 4 to 10 business days after dispatch.

No guaranteed delivery timeframe is provided for replacement shipments.


High-Value Returns

For returns valued over $50, we strongly recommend using tracked shipping and package insurance.

Teefeny is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.

Proof of shipment is advised.
